From smartphones and tablets
If you want to act from the Instagram app for smartphone or tablet, start the latter by pressing on its icon on the home screen and / or in the drawer of your device, then log in to your account, if necessary.
At this point, press on the thumbnail of the your profile located in the bottom menu and then presses on the menu icon located in the upper right corner. Now, in the menu that is shown to you, tap on Settings and go to the Security> Login data section.

So, to get started, connect to the official website of Instagram or launch the social network application for Windows 10 , in order to log into your account (if necessary).
Then, click on the thumbnail of your profile located in the upper right corner and, in the menu that is shown to you, click on Settings . Now, click on the Privacy and security item located in the left side menu, then click on the Graphic organizer heading, corresponding to the Account data .
